The following video clip introduces examples from interviewees who have featured earlier in this resource. The clips feature participants from a number of technical education colleges, including views from a head of department (Lisa), along with technical teachers (Adam and Wesley).
The in-class examples include different student levels and types of course (including day release apprentice or full-time).
The interviews that follow the examples introduce teachers’ reflections on industry mentoring schemes, the dialogue with stakeholder partners, the recruitment of personnel, and identifying continual professional development opportunities.
